The plans
Free — $0. A real plan, not a trial: 5 active quotes, 10 clients, custom booking forms, built-in CRM, branded PDFs, and a lifetime pool of AI credits. It never expires — and the price you sign up at is locked forever.
Pro — $49/mo (3 seats). 100,000 AI tokens a month, change orders, e-signing, time clock, and more.
Business — $99/mo (10 seats). 500,000 AI tokens a month, payroll & timesheets, analytics, and tiered (Good/Better/Best) pricing.
How AI tokens work
Each AI-drafted quote uses some tokens. If you run low before your monthly reset, buy a token pack ($5 or $20) — pack tokens never expire.
Changing your plan
Upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings → Billing. It's prorated and there's no contract — cancel and you're back on Free with all your data intact.
FAQ
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no credit card, no expiration date. Upgrade only if you want more AI quota or advanced features.
What happens if I run out of AI tokens?
Buy a token pack (they never expire) or wait for your monthly reset. Your account keeps working either way.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
No. Your data stays put — you just lose access to paid features until you upgrade again.
