JobPricer's payroll is built around the hours your crew actually logs, so you can pay them without exporting to a second app.
Set it up
- Open Settings → Crew & payroll (or the team section).
- Add each crew member or sub with their pay rate and pay schedule (weekly, biweekly, etc.).
- Give them a login so they can clock in and out on their own phone.
Run a payroll period
- Open Payroll.
- Pick the period (last week, last two weeks, etc.).
- Review each person's hours — edit any entries that need fixing.
- Generate the payout summary and pay them through your usual channel (direct deposit, bank transfer, etc.).
Payroll is a Business-plan feature.

Does JobPricer actually move the money?
Payroll prepares the totals and breakdowns; you pay through your usual method (direct deposit, bank, Venmo, etc.).
Can subcontractors clock time too?
Yes — give them a login, and their hours show up alongside your crew's.
Can I add overtime or bonuses?
Yes — adjust any pay period before finalizing.
