When a customer accepts a quote, request a deposit. They pay online, and the job is funded before you spend a dollar on materials.
Send an invoice
- Turn a completed job into an invoice — approved change orders are pulled in automatically.
- Send it with a pay link or QR code.
- Record the payment: card, ACH, or mark it paid for cash, check, or Venmo.
You can also save a customer's card at booking and charge it from the invoice when the work's finished.
