How to use it
In the quote builder — or straight from a request in your inbox — choose the AI option.
Describe the job the way you'd explain it to a buddy. For example: *"Bathroom remodel — gut to studs, retile the floor, new vanity and toilet, light plumbing rerun, about 100 sq ft."*
The AI returns line items, materials, and pricing based on your hourly rate, markup, and overhead.
Edit anything you want, then send.
You can also ask for Good / Better / Best options to give customers a choice (and often a bigger job).

Does the AI use my rates?
Yes — it prices using your hourly rate, material markup, and overhead, so the numbers reflect your business.
What if I don't like a line item?
Edit it or delete it. The AI gives you a fast starting point — you always have the final say.
Is there a limit to how much AI I can use?
Each plan includes monthly AI credits, and you can buy token packs that never expire if you need more. See plans, AI tokens, and packs.
