How to add them
Open the form builder, pick Add field, and choose Signature or Photo / file upload. Drag to position, save, and republish.

Where do uploaded photos end up?
On the request in your inbox — open the submission and the photos are right there to view or download.
How big can uploads be?
Most phone photos work without issue. Very large files (high-megapixel raw images) may need to be resized first.
Is signing legally binding?
A signature on a booking or assessment form is generally treated as a digital acknowledgement. For formal contracts, use the e-sign on the actual quote.
