Use Task, T&M, and Misc line items

JobPricer lets you mix three types of line items on a single quote, so the structure matches how the job actually breaks down.

The three line types

• Task — a flat-rate task with a fixed price ("Install vanity," "Pressure wash siding"). Best for predictable work.
• T&M (Time & Materials) — hourly work where you bill hours × your rate. Best when scope is uncertain.
• Misc — one-off costs like a dump fee, permit, or specialty rental.

You can mix all three on the same quote — flat for the parts you can predict, T&M for the unknowns, and Misc for the extras.

How to add them

Add a line item in the quote builder and pick the type (Task, T&M, or Misc). Fill in the details, and JobPricer prices it using your rates.
