When a quote includes options, customers usually pick the middle one — which is almost always bigger than the single number you'd have sent.
How tiered options work
Build the same quote at three levels:
Good — meets the minimum need.
Better — adds value most customers want.
Best — includes the upgrades that make the job ideal.
Each tier has its own line items and total. The customer picks the one they want and signs it.
How to set them up
In the quote builder, switch on tiered pricing (or duplicate a quote and tweak each tier). Make sure each tier is a complete, sendable version of the job.
A common pattern is +25–40% between Good and Better, and another +25–40% between Better and Best. Make each step feel like clear value, not arbitrary upselling.
Will the AI build all three tiers?
Yes — ask the AI to draft Good/Better/Best from a description and tweak from there.
